Michael Vander Ham
Michael has been involved in the appliance industry since 1978. He has worked in all areas of the business. Michael has attended the Stanford business school training seminars in the Appliance industry. Michael opened Sierra West Sales in 1992 with a commitment of customer service as a basis for all business. He takes great pride in being able to offer appliances as well as kitchen and bath remodeling to the community with the attitude and reputation of taking care of the customer no matter how large or small a project is.
Kevin Hilton
Kevin has made a career of residential and commercial contracted. Kevin brings a complete pallet of construction knowledge and on site expertise to Sierra West. He has the background and ability to coordinate projects from subtle room modifications to extensive entire home remodels and new construction.
Henry Martinez
Henry is an appliance sales executive with Sierra West Sales since 1995. He enjoys working closely with homeowners, builders, and interior designers creating kitchen that provide positive space and unique design. You can catch Henry at Sierra West Sales Monday through Wednesday as he has cut back his full-time status.
Henry is a full time Bronco fan!

Cayden is the quintessential tech maestro at Sierra West Sales, where he seamlessly blends his roles in data entry and IT support. His dedication to data accuracy and system functionality is matched only by his fervor for creativity and continuous learning. Cayden’s unique blend of technical expertise and artistic passion energizes the Sierra West team, fostering an environment where innovation thrives.
Cayden has also just recently stepped up as the company’s social media representative and is determined to bring Sierra West a newfound vigor for social media networking.

Our customers benefit from his years of experience in estimating, project management, scheduling, and oversight.
